full infrastructure support from us and our group called IPSupport.

The VISP System
The VISP concept, created by IPSupport has been supporting ISPs longer
than any other organisation in the UK Internet industry.
Titan is the VISP administration platform, which was originally
developed for an ISP client with a customer base of over 1,000 resellers,
and which we are now making available as a complete solution to help
you support and manage your own clients.
Titan provides a secure, password-protected customer database,
and an online user interface for administrating any type of Internet
service provision including analogue, ISDN, cable and ADSL connections.
You can give your clients full access to the
Titan system in their own company names, allowing them to offer their
resellers a complete package for Internet service provision while remaining
completely invisible to end users of the service. End users will register
for Internet access via a sign-up page branded in the reseller's company
name, and will access the Internet with a dial-up number that is unique
to the reseller company.
Titan also simplifies customer management. It allows your clients and
their resellers to control the provision of dial-up services, email,
and web accounts, as well as the all-important additional services which
make flat-rate Internet access really profitable. Titan's online admin
database can be used to allocate FrontPage extensions, ASP,
SQL, ODBC, CGI, PHP and more. Titan can also be integrated with
Mercury and Perseus. IP Supports billing and payments systems, creating
seamless solutions for providing and billing Internet services.
Titan Software allows you to:

• create management groups, and assign customers and domain names
to them
• create dial-up accounts
• create email accounts, including aliases and hostnames
• create Web/FTP accounts
• suspend or delete dial-up, email and FTPaccounts
