Hardware: Crashed hard drives, dead screens, dead logic boards, faulty memory, dead power supplies, DC Inboards not charging, faulty CD/DVD drives, and mystery problems ( Noises, clacking and non starting)

Software: Mac slowed down, crashing, unstable, slow internet, generally slow, crashing in certain programs, overfilled hard drive, lost data, too small hard drive.
Data Recovery: If the drive still runs its easier, if the drive is dead we can still often get data but it costs a lot more

General Software service, this comprises backing up hard drive, wiping drive with low-level format, installing fresh Operating System - most recent if feasible, Install Software, Restoring your data, customise settings and test -----------------------------------------------------£200 - £225

Most of our services are done in our workshop where all our equipment is on hand. It is not easy to travel out to you with this and is inevitably more expensive for you if we do. We can travel out to you for Network problems and complex in situ issues but often equipment with hardware problems still needs to come back to the workshop. Call out charges outside Bristol are higher due to travel time

Data Recovery:
From a drive that still runs and mounts ----------------- £45
From a drive that runs but doesn't mount ------£50 - £150 (total recovery of all damaged files is not guaranteed)
From a dead drive (involves total physical drive rebuild) --------------------------------------------------------------£400- £800 (file names and folder organisation may also be lost & files are listed by generic file type, Total recovery not guaranteed.)
